Like a good novel or film there is a lot more here than you will discover or be able to use on the first pass.
I especially recommend the breathing and relaxation exercises for quick anxiety first aid.. Still worth reading.. His description of the destruction of the tank in which his own grandfather was killed was stunning. Important insights are, at random, missing; I can't, for example, find any explanation of what a vertex array object is or why you need one (and that's the first step of the first example in the first chapter). Step-by-step instructions using many photographs as well as what color paints to buy to achieve the results pictured in the book. Josephs, of whom more later.
