But it is engrossing and entertaining. Purchased this edition as soon as it was released. It's a bit long like all Clancy books but worth it. BUTif you want to continue to believe the misinformation put out by the "Wolf Lovers" and so called "Experts", leave it alone. I listened to his suggestions and tried it and actually gave up wine. Interesting book.. The other person was too impatient to even try to read it. In addition to the titular material and many interesting applications, half of basic linear algebra and single-variable calculus is packed in here. Directions are simple and nutritional information is included with every recipe. But since it's an abbreviated version of what's in Perfect Health, it doesn't even stand well on its own.
