Each chapter gives exercises to reflect upon your own beliefs and circumstances, and the book concludes with a 40-DAY PLAN to elevate your consciousness and awaken to your true essence, and most alive self. These are cute books. Imaginary letters written between two architects discussing well known and not so well known buildings that illustrate proportion, paths, angles and why they appeal to our eyes and hearts. Coloring is good therapy, and it's good dexterity. A plot arc that fascinates and many characters who add their own personality flavor. Allan Lokos's previous book 'Pocket Peace' was so good that I bought
PATIENCE the first chance I had.

A very well-written book, totally enjoyable. Have fun with this book! The trip is worth it!. They don't stop printing it or allow another artist to take it over. However, appreciating Heavis
