I can see instructors being intimidated by the page count (567, vs. This book helped me alot to understand about more then just quiting smoking. Would highly. I've already tried the "hot water" tip and found it to be helpful! Looking forward to working on the rest of what I learned in the book and hoping to see more improvements. Shand provides an unhysterical view of OMG workings and certainly provides a sensible and reasoned voice against some of the more over the top scare mongering by politicians and media. I am generally very stingy with five-star reviews, but this novel was simply outstanding. Feel like the characters needed filled out more. The beginner workouts don't exactly provide a great transition to the intermediate workouts, and so on. A fast read that will keep you guessing until the end..
